The farmstead

Set among woods, fields and Dolcetto vineyards, just outside the medieval walls of Dogliani, Ai Paian seems created to encapsulate all the beauty of these parts – history, the culture of good things and the pleasure of hospitality. To conserve all of this, materials and furnishings for the bedrooms and communal areas have been chosen with care.

The kitchen garden

In the kitchen garden, all the produce local to this area is cultivated in accordance with the principles of permaculture – the philosophy of working with nature and the seasons. Perfect for a fresh salad, a tasty vegetable soup or to flavour Piedmont cuisine

Part of the main complex, the swimming pool is a special place that combines the pleasure of total relaxation and the beauty of a unique view of the surrounding hills.

Sala del buon ritrovo (recreation room)
In the area which once housed the stables, a recreation room has been created where guests can get together, share their holiday experiences and, why not, challenge each other at the billiard table. A photographic library about the Langhe and all the necessary tourist information are available in the room.
